Almost Valentine's City Hall Ceremony
The picture of class in their suits, Isabella & Tiberiu tied the knot at the Manhattan City Clerk's office on a sunny & frigid February afternoon. A lowkey Monday ceremony was just what the couple wanted before jetting to Columbia for their wedding, which promised to be full of dancing, family, & celebration. I believe City Hall is the most romantic place to be in New York City on a weekday and I'll never get tired of photographing couples getting married there, especially when they're as in love as I & T.
