A Rooftop Gone to the Dogs

The annual PAWS Barks & Blooms benefit not only brought notable names in both the human and dog world together on the Monarch Rooftop, but raised the money that allows the organization to provide free vet care, walks, litter maintenance, and temporary fostering to New Yorkers all year, with the simple goal of keeping people with their pets.
